  • Remote or rural areas may take additional time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Partners

  • We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

  • GSH is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

  • Any promotional free-delivery offers will be subject to specific terms and conditions.

5. Address & Contact Details

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • GSH will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

  • In case of failed delivery due to unavailability of the recipient or incorrect address, re-delivery charges (if any) may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

  • If any item is missing or damaged after delivery, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos.

8. International Delivery (If Applicable)

  • Currently, GSH delivers within India only.
