1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery (you can adjust the number of days if needed).

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.

Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required to process any return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our support team at support@gsh.com (replace with your email)

Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images/videos of the product

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5โ10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
