Return & refund policy

At GSH, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery (you can adjust the number of days if needed).

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required to process any return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

  • Customized or discounted items (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@gsh.com (replace with your email)

  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images/videos of the product

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5โ€“10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your bank or payment provider
